Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience! They took a lot of time and care with breaking down our furniture and packing things up in the truck. Would definitely recommend these guys for a move! I think moving is stressful no matter what, but they took a chunk of the stress out for us. And TBH - these have been the best movers we’ve ever booked with. Super friendly, super professional…can’t praise them enough!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently moved from Columbus, Ohio to Chicago, Illinois with Once Upon a Move and couldn't recommend them more.

I had been looking online for movers for an out-of-state move and was starting to think I'd have to move everything myself when I learned about Once Upon a Move. I submitted an online inquiry and got a call that same day from Alex. We set up a time for me to show him our apartment on video tour and I booked my move immediately! Talking to Alex on the phone created a much more personal connection and I trusted him and Once Upon a Move completely after that.

The movers showed up on time and were quick to pack the moving truck. All the furniture was carefully wrapped and protected and they packed up our large mirror as well. We arrived to Chicago the following day and they met us at our new apartment and unpacked everything just as efficiently. This was my first time hiring movers and I never plan on using another company again! I wholeheartedly recommend using Once Upon a Move for any of your local or interstate moves in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex and team have assisted me with a full move and with moving a few large pieces of furniture. Whether big or small, the team was prompt, courteous, and hard working. I would certainly work with them again!

Im so glad I went with once upon a move. My baby got sick the night before our move and they handled everything on their own, I didn’t need to worry about the move while tending to my sick bb. I will recommend them to anyone looking for movers! They’re professional, extremely friendly and fun to work with. The intake process was thorough so you know exactly what to expect 🙂
